Nature of Work

This position requires the applicant to be customer service oriented, patient, and not easily stressed. The applicant must have basic computer skills and be able to multi-task with the phone and computer. Clear enunciation is a must. This position has hours that range from 8:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Thursday and 8:00AM to 5:00PM Friday. The ESC Call Center provides both Inbound and Outbound Services, and employees are expected to be available for both.

Required Qualifications

Must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA.
Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled in 6 credit hours or more.
Must be willing to work during Summer, Fall Break, Spring Break, and Winter Break.
Must have availability to work no more than 20 hours a week between 8:00AM and 8:00PM, pending needs of Call Center. **Working in the Call Center during Summer Break is required for this position.

Must be able to work at a computer for long periods of time.
Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time.

Required Qualifications

Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled for six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average unless otherwise noted/indicated by the hiring department.
