Nature of Work

Must possess the ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team member.
Can identify the software and hardware problems associated with 12,000+ students’ personal computers and other peripherals.
Performs hardware and software preliminary diagnoses and repairs.
Install new applications and fix software problems that occur.

Required Qualifications

Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Computer Science experience is a plus. Need to know moderate to advanced knowledge of PC and Mac software and hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

GPA above 2.5.
