This is a Temporary, non-benefited position that will start June 2017 and end no later than 12 months from their start date or before 1300 hours are earned, whichever comes first. This position will offer flexible work-week scheduling between 20 and 40 hours per week.

This position will sit at one of our 13 residence hall front doors and monitor resident and guest registration entry into the residence hall.

Answer generic University and Community related questions and play one critical part of the safety and security of the problem.

If confrontation or problems arise, employee is trained to communicate and relay concerns and is not trained for confrontation handling, only reporting.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others’ actions.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong personality skills to de-escalate confrontations if guests get angry when needing to check in with a photo ID.

Salary $10.00
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Ability to answer telephones, type on computer equipment and speak clearly to personnel in the field via radio.
