The University of West Georgia is pleased to transition our applicant tracking portal to an upgraded version of PeopleAdmin 7.0. The new upgrade is expected to enhance and improve the applicant experience.

If you applied to a job posting prior to December 10, 2015 you will be able to see your application and status in the old system (PeopleAdmin 5.8) via this link

When you apply to a job posting on or after December 10, 2015 you will be required to create a new account and application in the upgraded system. Existing applicant accounts were not transferred with the upgrade.

New Users

  • To search positions, click the Search Jobs link on the navigation bar.
  • To apply for a job, click the Create Account link on the navigation bar, then follow the directions.

Returning Users

  • Effective 12-10-2015 all returning users must establish a new user account.
  • Click the Login link on the navigation bar, and select create account.
  • This enables you to:
  • Edit your existing application.
  • Apply to new jobs without re-entering your application information.
  • Review the status of positions you have applied to.
